Ham and bacon hawaiian pizza

Fruits on pizza, yes or no? With our Hawaiian pizza with Lévesque ham and sprinkled with bacon, you no longer have to choose your side, your answer will undoubtedly be yes!

Ingredients

 

 

 

    • 1 large pizza dough ou 4 small crust;
    • 1 cup of pizza sauce;
    • 1½ cup of ham leftovers;
    • 1 minced red onion;
    • 1½ cup of diced pineapple;
    • 1 cup of gratted cheddar or mozzarella;
    • 350 g of bacon.

Preparation step by step

Step 1

Cook the bacon in a non-stick skillet, crumble when cooked and set aside.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 425°F or 220°C. On a baking tray, spread a sheet of parchment paper and place the pizza dough on it

Step 3
 

Spread the sauce evenly over the dough, then top with ham, onion, pineapples and the cheese to cover toppings. Finish by sprinkling the bacon.

Step 4

Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown, then serve.
