Ham and bacon hawaiian pizza

Ideal pour :
- 1 large pizza dough ou 4 small crust;
- 1 cup of pizza sauce;
- 1½ cup of ham leftovers;
- 1 minced red onion;
- 1½ cup of diced pineapple;
- 1 cup of gratted cheddar or mozzarella;
- 350 g of bacon.
Preparation step by step
Cook the bacon in a non-stick skillet, crumble when cooked and set aside.
Preheat oven to 425°F or 220°C. On a baking tray, spread a sheet of parchment paper and place the pizza dough on it
Spread the sauce evenly over the dough, then top with ham, onion, pineapples and the cheese to cover toppings. Finish by sprinkling the bacon.
Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown, then serve.
