Marinated Pork Roast
A quick and easy recipe to cook our delicious marinated roast pork, nicely browned and served with potatoes.

Ideal pour :
- 2 marinated pork roasts;
- 2 Tbsp of butter or duck fat;
- 5 medium size potatoes;
- 4 onions;
- 4 cups of chicken or beef broth;
- Salt and ground pepper to taste.
Preparation step by step
Preheat oven to 350°F or 175°C.
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices, mince the onions. In a baking dish, arrange a layer of potatoes like a gratin dauphinois, distribute the onions on top and finish with another layer of potatoes. Then cover with the broth, then place the roast on the potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the butter or the fat onto the roast and put in oven during 1h15.
Once cooked, cut in slices and accompany with a serving of potatoes.
